Please read carefully before requesting a commission.
- You accept and agree with my terms of service once you request a commision- All communication will be done only via Instagram DM's after the form is filled 💜- All references, information, must be given in the form, once you send me the mentioned, i'll contact you, unless you are a private account. For that matter, you must reach out to me provided that you had already filled in the form- Payment is 50% upfront to start a piece and then the other 50% when finished- To start the commission, payment of the 50% upfront is required- There are no refunds once the upfront payment is made, unless i am unable to finish the piece- Changes before the lineart phase are up to three times, after that, an additional price will be charged- There are no refunds after the piece is delivered. Once you make the payment, you agree that you are satisfied with it- To add another character, the price will be +50% of the original commission- At the moment commercial usage is not available [You are not allowed to do merch with it, either]- Payment via Paypal or Yape/BCP for Peru.- Completion time takes from 1 month to 2 months for the piece to finish. This is required for the piece to look good 💜- Please provide clean reference of the character- Order may be declined if I consider the piece to be too complex- Order may be declined if i feel uncomfortable with it- I, as the artist, have the right to post the artwork on my social media or be used as a commision portfolio example [If you want to keep it private, it will cost two dollars more]- Do not use my artwork for Ai training or Ai generated works- Do not use my artwork for blockchains, NFTs- Do not trace or reproduce any of my artwork- IMPORTANT: You can only use the artwork, my illustration, for personal use and you must credit me if you post the commision work in any social platform- IMPORTANT: My final artwork, sketch, preliminary illustration, is protected by copyright laws, any misuse of it by you, the client, is totally forbidden. If done the mentioned, a notification will be sent requesting the misuse cease.
